How to Obtain ISP Information for Install

Your ISP Information MUST be returned with your WiFi Quote. A Tech will not be Scheduled without this information which will result in your install being delayed.

Please fill out this form as you follow the steps and gather this data.

Step 1: Basic Property Information

Step 2: Gather ISP Information

Before we can Schedule a Tech for Installation of your Property, we need two parts of ISP Information

Step 2a: Proof of Speeds
The information below can be found on a monthly invoice or the signed contract between you and your service provider.

We need to provide proof of your current ISP service type and speeds. Please provide a scanned copy of your service type and speeds. This can likely be found on the monthly invoice, or on the signed contract with the ISP provider.

Step 2b: Static or Dynamic
Call your Internet Service Provider's Technical Support Department and ask if you have a Dynamic or Static IP Address for your bandwidth.
